The session showcases emerging new findings from a project supported by Elrha’s Humanitarian Innovation Fund, which piloted an innovative approach to assess the effectiveness of lime treatment on faecal sludge in a refugee settlement in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. Led by the University of Brighton, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) and BRAC, their innovation offers the humanitarian community an off-the-shelf solution that could be deployed during the onset of a crisis.
