Nowshad is a Civil Engineer, currently pursuing a master’s degree in Water, Sanitation, and Health (WASH) Engineering at the University of Leeds. With over eight years of professional experience in the WASH sector, he has worked with international NGOs and UN agencies, advancing from field engineering roles to senior managerial positions. Notably, he contributed to the world’s largest refugee crisis in Bangladesh, where he served as a member of the Strategic Advisory Group (SAG). Nowshad has extensive expertise in implementing and coordinating WASH projects in emergency and protracted crisis, as well as in governance and strategic planning for WASH initiatives.
